Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

All parts and accessories must be included.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for:

Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.

Sale or clearance items.

Custom orders, unless faulty.
Exchanges
If your item is faulty or damaged, we’re happy to replace it at no cost. Please contact us first so we can arrange a suitable solution.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within a few days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service for items over €75.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
